Summary of rental conditions holiday homes:
The person making the booking must check in personally and be present during the entire stay. Bookings for groups of colleagues, sports clubs, etc. are only possible after prior consultation and for a group of maximum 3 people.

Reservations and bookings for and by groups of people under the age of 22 are not permitted. The supervisor must be at least 28 years old. If this requirement is not met, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement immediately.

The holiday homes are freely accessible after check-in until check-out.
Without the express permission of the owners, it is not permitted to receive additional guests. So no parties, dinners or sleepovers.

Pets are not allowed.

Use of the Internet is only permitted as determined by Dutch law.

Changing and/or modifying settings of existing equipment is not permitted (central heating system, modem, digital TV receiver and TV).

Smoking, candles and open fires are prohibited. Barbecues are only permitted according to strict park rules.

We explicitly ask you to take into account the sleep of others between 22:30 and 07:00.

If we find that the rules and conditions are being violated, we reserve the right to retain the deposit.

Parking:
You can park one car for free in the official parking spaces in the park. It is not permitted to park the car next to the house on the path or in the garden.
If you come with more than one car, the other cars must park in the parking lot outside the park.
You will receive one access pass to open the barrier, the barrier is closed after 23:00.

Bicycles and other vehicles:
It is not permitted to store bicycles and the like in the house.
It is prohibited to bring batteries from electric vehicles (E-Bikes, Boards and the like) into the house due to the risk of explosion and fire.
Using electricity from the house to charge electric car batteries will be considered theft.

Check-in/check-out:
The house is available from 2:00 PM. You will find the key in the key safe next to the front door. You will receive the code to unlock it by email. On the day of departure, you must leave the house no later than 10:30 AM.

All prices include:
Taxes.
2½ hours of final cleaning, additional work will be settled with the deposit.
Use of towels, tea towels and bed linen, dishwasher tablets, 2 garbage bags, cleaning products.

All prices exclude:
Toilet paper, kitchen paper, garbage bags;
Soap, shampoo etc.;
Coffee, tea and other groceries.
